Dated this the 5th day of March, 2026 ORDER The petitioners are the accused in Crime No.953/2022 registered by the Yerroor Police Station, Kollam alleging the commission of the offences punishable under Sections 22 (b) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act , 1985 (‘NDPS Act’, in short).
2. The petitioners have stated in the Crl.M.C. that they are totally innocent of the accusations levelled against them. There is no material to substantiate their culpability in the crime. They have been falsely implicated in the crime. Even if the allegations in Annexure-A10 Final Report are taken on their face value, the same would not attract the offences against the petitioners. Therefore, the entire proceedings as against the petitioners may be quashed.
