(C) No. 22302 of 2020, whereupon the petitioners sought liberty to pursue another related petition (WP

(C) No. 22900 of 2020). The court found that continuation of the former petition was unnecessary and thus ordered its closure, allowing the petitioners to raise their contentions in the latter matter. The ruling ultimately permitted the petitioners to have their legal issues addressed without retention of the first writ petition.

JUDGMENT

When this writ petition came up for consideration, the counsel for the petitioners submitted that, subsequent to the amendment, another writ petition was filed as WP(C) No.22900 of

2020, and this writ petition need not be retained.

Granting liberty to the petitioners to raise all the contentions in WP(C) No.22900 of 2020, this writ petition is closed.
