This writ appeal filed by respondents 1 to 3 in W.P.(C)No.11018 of 2019 arises out of the interim order dated 14.06.2019 of the learned Single Judge in that writ petition, which was one filed by the 1st respondent herein-petitioner, invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India , seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 to pay salary to the petitioner with effect from 01.04.2012 and to release the arrears within a time limit to be fixed by this Court; and a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 to quantify the benefits other than salary due to the petitioner with effect from 01.04.2012 and to pay the amounts within a time limit fixed by this Court.
2. On 14.06.2019, when W.P.(C)No.11018 of 2019 came up for consideration, the learned Single Judge passed and interim order. The operative portion of the said order reads thus;
