JUDGMENT Notice was ordered to the 3rd respondent in this writ petition by speed post on 27.02.2026. Thereafter, when the matter was came up for consideration before this Court on 02.03.2026, the following order was passed:-
“The petitioners shall take steps to serve notice on the respondents before 05.00 p.m on 03.03.2026.
Post on 04.03.2026.”
2. Even today (04.03.2026), the Registry reports that the petitioners have not taken steps to issue notice to the 3rd respondent. There is no representation for the petitioner also. In such circumstances, I have no option but to dismiss this writ petition for default.
Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for default.
