JUDGMENT
Dated this the 04th day of March, 2026
1. The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Respondent No.1 to de-freeze the account maintained by the Petitioner with the Respondent No.1.
2. The learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent No.1 on instructions submitted that though the operation of the account was frozen at the instance of the Respondent No.2, it was subsequently removed on getting further communication from the Respondent No.2, and hence the Petitioner can operate the account.
3. The above-said submission is recorded, and the Writ Petition is disposed of.
