J U D G M E N T
Dated this the 3rd day of March, 2026 The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in not issuing appointment orders to him, despite his securing Rank No.1 in the duly published rank list for the post of Assistant pursuant to Notification dated 20.03.2025 issued by the 1st respondent.
2. The petitioner, being fully qualified and eligible in terms of Ext.P1 notification, submitted his application within time and participated in the selection process after being issued Ext.P2 interview intimation. Upon completion of the interview and evaluation process, the respondents published Ext.P3 rank list dated 29.08.2025, wherein the petitioner was placed at Rank No.1.
