Headnote:In the contempt proceedings concerning CON.CASE

(C) No. 447 of 2026, the petitioner contended non-compliance with prior judgment dated 17.11.2025. However, the court clarified that compliance had been confirmed by the learned Government Pleader. Consequently, without evidence of contempt, the case is dismissed. The court noted, ‘If the petitioner is aggrieved by that order, the petitioner is free to challenge the same, in accordance with law.’
