Headnote:The application for Miscellaneous Jurisdiction (MJC No. 53 of 2026) is aimed at restoring a previously disposed writ petition. The Court found that the writ petition had been adjudicated on its merits, rendering the MJC not maintainable. The Court grants the petitioner liberty to file a review if desired, subsequently closing the MJC.

ORDER

This MJC is filed to restore a writ petition, which is already disposed of. The writ petition is disposed of on merit by a detailed judgment. Hence, this MJC is not maintainable.

Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to file a review petition, if he is advised to do so, this MJC is closed.
