JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed with following prayers :
“(i) “Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction, commanding the respondent to consider and dispose off Exhibit P2 application expeditiously at any rate within a time limit stipulated by this honourable court.
(ii) Dispense with the filing of translation of vernacular documents.
(iii) to grant such other and further reliefs which are deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. [sic]
2. When this writ petition came up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader submitted that the directions in Ext.P3 judgment is already complied and the Form-5 application is allowed. If that is the case, nothing survives in this case.
Recording the submission of the Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed.
