Judicial authority can issue certiorari to quash administrative decisions under appropriate circumstances.

JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed with following prayers:

i) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ order or direction quashing Ext.P2 order.

ii) To grant such other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit under these circumstances.

iii) to dispense with the translation of the documents produced in the Vernacular Language.

2. When this writ petition came up for consideration, the Government Pleader, after getting instructions, submitted that the final orders in the Ext.P3 appeal will be passed within ten days.
