JUDGMENT
Petitioner is a student of the 3rd respondent institution and is undergoing her first professional BAMS course. After completion of the first year, petitioner realised that she is not being permitted to register for the examination. On verification it was realised that the college had treated her attendance as short of the minimum required. Petitioner disputes the percentage of attendance allotted to her and stated that, the college had seriously committed some errors while calculating her attendance. Petitioner immediately raised her grievance as per Exhibit-P4, to which a reply was given as Exhibit-P5, wherein the college admitted that the grievance pointed out by the petitioner regarding missing attendance entries was correct. Despite the above, the college stated that her attendance was still less than the minimum, and therefore, the college did not permit her to register for the examination that is about to commence on 09.03.2026.
