JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:

“(i) call for the records relating to Exhibit P-2 and set aside the original of the same by the issue of a writ of certiorari or other appropriate writ or order.

(ii) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 5th Respondent AEO to grant approval to the appointment of the Petitioner and disburse the attendant benefits forthwith.

(iii) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 2ndst Respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders upon Exhibit P-9 after affording an opportunity of being heard to the Petitioner forthwith, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

(iv) dispense with filing of English translation of vernacular documents produced along with the Writ Petition.

(v) pass such other order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper to grant in the circumstances of the case.” [SIC]

2. When this writ petition came up for consideration, the counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P9.

3. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

4. After hearing both sides, I think the prayer of the petitioner can be allowed.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions:

1. The 2nd respondent is directed to consider Ext.P9 and pass appropriate orders in it, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other affected parties, if any, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.

2. The petitioner will produce a certified copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition with exhibits before the 2nd respondents for compliance. Sd/-
