O R D E R

(Dated this the 27th day of February, 2026 The State represented by the Station House Officer, Kottiyam Police Station, filed this Crl.M.C under Section 482 Cr.PC praying for setting aside the order dated 09.10.2020 in Crl.M.C No.1267 of 2020 in Crime No.1936 of 2020 of Kottiyam Police Station of the Sessions Judge, Kollam granting anticipatory bail to the accused/2nd respondent.

2. When this matter came up for arguments, the learned Public Prosecutor, upon instructions, submitted that, in this case, the investigation is on the final stage. Since the anticipatory bail order was passed as early as on 09.10.2020, at this belated stage, there is no scope for setting aside the said bail order.

Therefore, this Crl.M.C is dismissed.
