JUDGMENT
Heard Sri C.K. Ramakrishnan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as Sri B. Unnikrishna Kaimal, the Senior Government Pleader for the respondent State.
2. The petitioners have approached this Court seeking to challenge Exts. P8 and P10 proceedings issued under the provisions of the Kerala Land Conservancy Act , 1957. This Court notices that as against the proposals initiated against the petitioners as above, they have already submitted Ext.P9 representation/objections.
3. In that view of the matter, I am of the opinion that this writ petition can be disposed of.
In such circumstances, this writ petition will stand disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent herein to consider the objections raised by the petitioners in Ext.P9 and pass orders therein after granting the petitioners also an opportunity of being heard, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
Till disposal of Ext.P9 as above, the interim protection granted by this Court to continue.
