O R D E R
The above review petition is filed to review the judgment dated 16.02.2026 in WP(C) No.5906/2026.
2. The counsel for the petitioners submitted that Ext.P20 is a proceedings issued without giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. The petitioners submitted Ext.P25 and the same is also not considered. Even if there is alternative remedy, this Court can entertain this petition. The counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petition may be heard once again. I think, the judgment can be recalled and the writ petition can be restored.
Therefore, this Review Petition is allowed and the judgment dated 16.02.2026 in WP(C) No.5906/2026 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to file.
