Dated this the 26th day of February, 2026 COMMON JUDGMENT These Original Petitions are filed seeking expeditious disposal of the execution petitions filed by the petitioner in M.C No.272/2017 on the file of the Family Court Judge, Nedumangad. 2. O.P(Crl) No.106 of 2026 is taken as the lead case.

3. The petitioner is the wife of respondent No.2. The petitioner filed M.C No.272/2017 seeking maintenance from respondent No.2. The Family Court allowed the petition directing respondent No.2 to pay Rs.6,000/- per month to the petitioner and Rs.9,500/- per month to her children. When respondent No.2 allegedly committed default in paying the arrears of maintenance, the petitioner filed an application seeking execution. As of now, five execution petitions are pending before the Family Court.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Connected cases learned Family Court Judge is not taking effective steps to realise the amount due to the petitioner.

5. The learned Family Court Judge submitted reports in all the cases. The learned Family Court Judge reported that the steps are being taken in accordance with law.

Therefore, the Original Petitions are disposed of directing the Family Court to expedite the process of execution in the petitions.
