J The learned Senior Government pleader for the respondent produced the order of the Co-ordinate Bench, wherein it is stated that a review petition has been filed against the order in the appeal under challenge in R.P. No. 1584/2025. The Co-ordinate Bench has granted a stay of the judgment in connected Writ Appeal No. 569/2025, in which a common judgment was passed by the Co-ordinate Bench for compliance in the present appeal.

2. The Submission of the learned Senior Government pleader for the respondent is placed on record.

3. In view of the stay of the judgment passed by the Co-

ordinate Bench in W.A. No. 569/2025, and the common judgment dated 12.09.2025 in the said writ appeal, we do not find any reason at present to keep this petition pending any further until the disposal of the review petition by the Co-

ordinate Bench of this Court.

4. Therefore the submission of the both sides are placed on record.

5. This Contempt case is hereby closed, with liberty granted to the petitioner to revive the Contempt case after the disposal of the review petition by the Co-ordinate Bench.
