JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
“i. To call for the records leading to the issuance of Exhibit P17 order issued by the 2nd respondent and to set aside the same; ii. To issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the 2nd respondent to allot a building number to the property of the petitioner;
iii. To issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the 2nd respondent to issue License for livestock farm submitted by the petitioner;
iv. To dispense with filing of the translated version of the vernacular documents produced in the said case;
v. To grant such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case;
and vi. To award the costs of the original petition.”
