J U D G M E N T
K.NATARAJAN, J, This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 29.05.2025 in WP(C)
No.8239 of 2024.
2. In pursuance of the notice, the respondents appeared through the learned Senior Panel Counsel and filed Pension Payment Order (PPO) with an undertaking, subject to the outcome of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP, which is stated to have been filed. The above submission is placed on record.
3. In view of the compliance with the order of this Court, the petitioner submitted that he is not interested in prosecuting the matter further, with liberty to revive the petition in the event if the amount is not credited. The said submission is placed on record.
In such circumstances, there is no necessity to keep the contempt case pending.
Accordingly, the Contempt of Court Case is closed, by granting
