JUDGMENT

This Court had ordered notice to the respondents.

Some of the respondents have entered appearance and notice has not been served on others. In view of the order that is proposed to be issued service of notice is dispensed with.

2. The prayer is for an early disposal of A.S.No.43 of 2023 filed against the judgment and decree in O.S.No.824 of 2016. This Court had directed the Registry to call for a report from the Judicial Officer and the Judicial Officer has reported that in normal course the disposal will take about four months.

In view of the report, this original petition is disposed of, directing the Additional District Court, North Paravur, to consider and dispose of A.S.No.43 of 2023 at the earliest, at any rate, within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
