JUDGMENT Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. In view of the innocuous nature of the Order to be passed, notice to respondent No.4 is dispensed with. Ext.P3 is the appeal preferred by the petitioner, challenging Ext.P2 Order. The same is pending before the 2nd respondent. Petitioner seeks an expeditious disposal of the same.

2. Resultantly, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider and pass Orders on Ext.P3 appeal in accordance with law, expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment before the 2nd respondent for compliance.

3. Needless to say that the petitioner, as also, the 4th respondent and any other affected party shall be afforded with an opportunity of being heard before taking a call on Ext.P3.

This Writ Petition will stand allowed.
