JUDGMENT

This writ petition is submitted by the petitioner, seeking a direction to the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Thiruvananthapuram, to consider Exts.P3 to P5 applications and to pass appropriate orders thereon.

2. Today when the matter came up for cosideration, it is submitted that the said applications are dismissed by the State Commission.

In such circumstances, this writ petition is closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the State Commission.
