J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is the father of respondent Nos. 3 and 4.
The petitioner had filed an application under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 (for short “Act”), contending that after transferring the property in favour of respondent Nos. 3 and 4, the said respondents are not taking care of him.
2. The issue was considered by the original authority and he passed the order at Ext. P3 dated 14.01.2022. The original authority categorically found that, apart from the party respondents therein, the petitioner also has another son, namely Prabath T.S., and that the said Prabath T.S. is looking after the affairs of the petitioner.
