JUDGMENT

The above Writ Petition (C) is filed with the following prayers:

"i) To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate direction commanding the respondents Nos. 1 and 4 to strictly stop all illegal construction activities conducted by the 3^rd respondent.

ii) To issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate order or directions restraining respondent No. 3 from carrying out any further construction at the site pending the final disposal of the Writ Petition.

iii) Issue a writ of Mandamus direction directing the 1^st respondent to complete the measurement and sketch survey of the properties mentioned in Exhibit P1 and P2.

iv) Dispense with the production of the English translation of Exhibits which are in vernacular language; and v) grant such other reliefs as this Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case."
