JUDGMENT
The petitioner is a proprietorship concern engaged in the business of advertisement. The petitioner was awarded license to display advertisement on 1,899 Fast Passenger buses of the 1st respondent Corporation for a period of five years. However, the respondents made available only 1,399 buses for displaying the advertisement and according to the petitioner, consequent to the same, petitioner sustained serious revenue loss. Apart from the above, the petitioner also has a case that, certain amounts are to be receivable from the respondents as well. In such circumstances, the petitioner submitted Ext.P21 representation highlighting its grievances, which is now pending before the 2nd respondent. The limited relief sought by the petitioner is to direct the 2nd respondent to take a decision on the same within a time frame.
After hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition. Accordingly, it is ordered that the 2nd respondent shall take up Ext.P21 and appropriate orders thereon shall be passed in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of
