JUDGMENT
The above Writ Petition (C) is filed with the following prayers:
"i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writs, orders directions commanding the respondents 1 to 4 to consider Exhibits P2, P4, P5 and P6 submitted by the petitioner, forthwith, without any further delay;
ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writs, orders or directions commanding the 4th respondent to cancel the building number allotted to the 5th respondent for the construction made in Survey No.2/2 of the Panakkad Village, forthwith;
iii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writs, orders ог directions commanding the respondents 1 to 4, not to permit the 6th respondent to effect any construction in the properties comprised in R.S.No.2/2 of the Panakkad Village;
iv0 Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writs, orders or directions commanding the respondents 1 to 3 to take all statutory action against the illegal reclamation made by the respondents 5 and 6 in properties comprised in R.S.No.2/2 of the Panakkad Village under the provisions of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act ;
v) Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. When this writ petition came up for consideration before this Court on 04.09.2019, this Court passed the following order:
“The learned Government Pleader take notice on admission for respondents 1 o 3.
The learned Standing Counsel taken notice on admission for the 4th respondent.
Issue urgent notice on admission by speed post to respondents 5 and 6, returnable within three weeks.
If Ext.P7 stop memo is still in force, the 3rd respondent shall ensure the compliance of that order.”
In the light of the same, no further direction is necessary.
Retaining the order dated 04.09.2019, this writ petition is disposed of.
