O R D E R Dated this the 16th day of March, 2026 When this matter came up for arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he is limiting his prayer for a direction to the learned Magistrate to dispose of CC. No.893/2017 pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Kakkanad, in a time bound manner.
2. The prayer was not opposed by the learned Public Prosecutor.
3. Considering the fact that this is a case of the year 2017, there will be a direction to the learned Magistrate to dispose of CC.No.893/2017 at the earliest, at any rate within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
