JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
“(i) declare that the petitioner is entitled a deemed license in accordance with 447(6) of Kerala Municipality Act , 1994, on the basis of her application submitted as evident by Exhibit P-3 application receipt, (ii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 2ndrespondent to issue a deemed license in physical form based on Exhibit P-3 application receipt within a time frame fixed by this Hon’ble Court, (iii) Dispense with the filing of the translation of vernacular documents, and (iv) such other order or direction deems fit and proper for this Hon’ble Court in facts and circumstances of the case.”

2. When this writ petition came up for consideration, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner already obtained license and the same is produced with a memo. If that be the case, no further direction is necessary in this case.
Recording the above submission and memo, this Writ Petition is closed.
