JUDGMENT

The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is for a direction to consider Ext.P9 and Ext.P10 representations by respondents 2 and 5 and thereafter to issue his Final MBBS Degree Certificate.

2. The petitioner had submitted a representation dated

29.01.2026 and an email was sent in respect of the same subject matter on 31.01.2026 to respondents 2 and 5. In the representation, the petitioner seeks for issuance of his Final MBBS Degree Certificate and also a licence to practice his medical profession.

3. As far as the issuance of his Final MBBS Degree Certificate is concerned, the learned Standing Counsel for the 2^nd respondent submitted that approval of petitioner's CRMI has to be obtained from the 5^th respondent, without which a degree certificate cannot be issued by the University. In view of the above submission, it is evident that petitioner's representation has to be considered by the 5^th respondent.

Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 5^th respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on petitioner's representation submitted as
