JUDGMENT
The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is for a direction to consider Ext.P9 and Ext.P10 representations by respondents 2 and 5 and thereafter to issue his Final MBBS Degree Certificate.
2. The petitioner had submitted a representation dated
29.01.2026 and an email was sent in respect of the same subject matter on 31.01.2026 to respondents 2 and 5. In the representation, the petitioner seeks for issuance of his Final MBBS Degree Certificate and also a licence to practice his medical profession.
3. As far as the issuance of his Final MBBS Degree Certificate is concerned, the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that approval of petitioner's CRMI has to be obtained from the 5th respondent, without which a degree certificate cannot be issued by the University. In view of the above submission, it is evident that petitioner's representation has to be considered by the 5th respondent.
Accordingly, there will be a direction to the 5th respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on petitioner's representation submitted as
