JUDGMENT Sushrut Arvind Dharmadhikari, J The present intra-Court appeal under Section 5 of the Kerala High Court Act , 1958, challenges the judgment dated 20.02.2026 passed in W.P.(C) No. 21120/2025, whereby the learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition.
2. The brief facts of the case are that the appellant, having been promoted as Chief Manager in the respondent Bank, was transferred and posted to the Chennai as per Ext. P5 order dated 28.11.2024. At the time of granting the promotion, he had given an undertaking stating that he was willing to work at any place in India. Had the appellant not given such a declaration, he would not have been promoted to the post of Chief Manager, Scale IV.
