ORDER
This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking pre-
arrest bail.
2. It is submitted by the learned Senior Public Prosecutor that absconding charge sheet has already been submitted. Hence, the prayer sought in the bail application has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the application for pre-arrest bail is dismissed as infructuous.
