ORDER This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking pre-
arrest bail.
2. The applicant is the sole accused in Crime No.1515/2025 of Kunnamkulam Police Station, Thrissur District. The offences alleged are punishable under Sections 75 (1)(ii), 75(1) (iii), 78(1)(ii) and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita ( BNS ), 2023
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that during the period from 14.12.2025 to 17.12.2025, the applicant being the step father made many attempts to get sexual favour from the de-facto complainant by sending obscene text messages and photos and thereby committed the above said offences.
