JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed with following prayers :

a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 2nd respondent to issue occupancy certificate to the building constructed by the petitioners on the strength of Exhibit P1 building permit, within a time limit to be stipulated by this Hon’ble Court; Or in the alternative Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the 2nd respondent to consider the completion plan and application for occupancy certificate submitted by the petitioners as evidenced by Exhibit P10 acknowledgment receipt and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a time limit to be stipulated by this Hon’ble Court;

b) Dispense with the filing of English Translation of documents in vernacular language c) Issue such other writ, order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deem fit while considering the peculiar circumstances of the case.” [sic]
