JUDGMENT

This Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the Munsiff’s Court, Kannur, to dispose of Ext.P3 application expeditiously within a time frame.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Ad. Sri. Tarun Philip, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the suit has already been disposed of. In view of the said submission, nothing survives in the original petition and the same is closed as infructuous.
