JUDGMENT

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the directions in the judgment dated 15.12.2025 in WP(C) No.44974 of 2025.

2. The learned Government Pleader, after getting instructions, submitted that the notice was issued twice to the petitioner for considering the application filed in accordance with the Kerala Land Utilisation Order. The petitioner has not turned up. That is why there is a delay.

If that is the case, there is no contempt. The petitioners can appear before the respondent, and once the petitioners appear, the consequential orders will be passed by the respondents forthwith, as directed by this court.

With the above observation, the contempt case is closed.
