JUDGMENT

Pending the appeal, the matter was referred for mediation and the parties have entered into an agreement and settled the dispute before the Mediator and the agreement of settlement entered between the parties before the Mediator is produced along with the report of the Mediator.

Considering the settlement entered between the parties, the appeal is dismissed as settled out Court. The agreement of settlement entered between the parties shall form part of this judgment. The appellant shall be refunded with the entire Court feed paid on the appeal.
