ORDER
This application is filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking regular bail.
2. The applicant is the accused No.4 in Crime No.917//2025 of Pantheerankavu Police Station, Kozhikode District. The offences alleged are punishable under Sections 20 (b) (ii)(B) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act , 1985 (for short, NDPS Act).
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that at about
13.30 hours on 11.11.2025, the accused Nos. 1 and 2 were found in conscious possession and transportation of 10.332 kg of ganja in an autorickshaw bearing registration No.KL-13-AB-4319 near Pantheerankavu toll Plaza Line-5. During investigation, on confession statement of accused No.1, the role of the applicant and accused No.3 was revealed. Thus, the applicant is alleged to have committed the above offences.
