JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the interim order dated 29.06.2015, the University granted affiliation and the college has been functioning for the last ten years.

Having regard to the nature of relief sought for, and also in the light of the interim order dated 29.06.2015 nothing further survives for consideration in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is closed.
