JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
“(i) issue a writ of certiorari or such other writ, direction or order quashing Exhibit P3 to the extent the petitioners' property is classified as 'Paddy Land' in the data bank as arbitrary, unreasonable, and illegal;
(ii) issue a writ of mandamus or such other writ, direction or order compelling the respondents to consider the petitioners' applications and to exclude their land in Mulakulam Village from Exhibit P3 data bank and effect appropriate corrections in classification of their land in the BTR by fixing a time limit;
(iii) issue such other writ, direction or order as is deemed just and necessary in the facts, features and circumstances of the case.” [SIC]
2. The main prayer in this writ petition is against Ext.P3. This Court perused the same. This writ petition is pending before this Court from 2018 onwards. No interim order is passed by this Court in this case. I am of the considered opinion that, if there is any existing grievance to the petitioners, the petitioners have to do the needful as per the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act and Rules, 2008.
Granting liberty to the petitioners to do the needful, in accordance with law, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
