JUDGMENT

Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 representation.

2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that an appropriate decision will be taken on Ext.P1 representation without any delay.

Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 without any delay, within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner.
