JUDGMENT

Petitioners have approached this Court seeking a direction to the 1st respondent Government to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 representation submitted by the petitioners in the matter of enhancing the age of retirement of the employees of the Kerala Electrical and Allied Engineering Company Ltd.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Ext.P6 was forwarded to the Government by the respondent company as per Ext.P7.

3. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well as the learned standing counsel for respondents 2 and 3.

Taking into consideration the limited request made by the petitioners, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 representation submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law and after affording an opportunity of being heard to the 1st petitioner as the representative of the petitioners and respondents 2 and 3, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
