The Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed to quash Annexure A1 FIR and all further proceedings in Crime No. 401/2023 registered by the Chavakkad Police Station, Thrissur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the Crl.M.C, the Investigating Officer has filed a refer report in the above crime. In light of the above submission, the Crl.M.C can Recording the above submission, the Crl.M.C. is Sd/-
