JUDGMENT The dispute between the petitioner and the contesting respondents has been settled in mediation. The Mediator attached to the High Court Mediation Centre, Ernakulam has filed a report enclosing the memorandum of agreement executed under Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure read with Rules 24 & 25 of the Kerala Civil Procedure (Mediation), Rules, 2008, indicating the terms of settlement.

Taking into consideration of the above, the terms of settlement are recorded and the writ petition is disposed of on that basis. It is made clear that if the terms of settlement are not complied with, it will be open to the contesting respondents to file an application for re-opening of the writ petition.
