JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
“(i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Tribunal For Local Self Government Institutions, Thiruvanthapuram, to take up Ext.P5 Appeal No. 265/2024 and dispose the same as expeditiously at the earliest, after hearing the petitioner all parties within a time limit in the interest of justice.
(ii) To call for the records leading to issuance of Ext.P7 and set aside the same in the interest of justice.
(iii) Dispense with filing of English Translation of Vernacular documents.
(iv) Grant such other reliefs as may be deemed fit and proper to consider the objections of the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” [SIC]
2. When this writ petition came up for consideration, this Court directed the Registry to get a report from the Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions, Trivandrum about the time required to dispose of the appeal.
