Dated this the 12th day of March, 2026 JUDGMENT The petitioners are the convicts in SC No.94/2004 on the file of the Sessions Court, Palakkad. They filed these Writ Petitions seeking their premature release under Sections 432 and 433 of the Cr.PC.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they have been prematurely released. Therefore, these Writ Petitions have become infructuous.
