Mr. V. V. Surendran, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the certified copy of the relevant order has already been issued and that steps are presently underway towards preferring an appeal. It is further prayed that the interim order may be continued so as to cover the intervening period.

2. The interim order is extended for a period of eight weeks or until the matter is taken up by the Appellate Authority, whichever is earlier to facilitate the filing of the appeal.

3. We make it clear that we have not examined the merits of the matter.

4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
