JUDGMENT
The petitioner states that the renewal of the permit granted in respect of her stage carriage operating on the route Nemmara - Kozhinjampara was revoked by the Regional Transport Authority. The petitioner challenged the same in appeal before the State Transport Appellate Tribunal and the Tribunal, by Ext.P1, set aside the order of the Regional Transport Authority and remanded the matter for fresh consideration. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Regional Transport Authority has not passed fresh orders in compliance with Ext.P1.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Senior Government Pleader.
3. Today, when the matter came up for consideration, the learned Senior Government Pleader submitted that the Regional Transport Authority has passed fresh orders pursuant to Ext.P1 in the meeting held on 23.09.2025 and the same was communicated to the petitioner on 25.10.2025.
