The prayer is for transferring O.P.(Div) No.145/2025 pending before the Family Court, Kattappana to the Family Court, Thiruvalla to be heard along with O.P.No.337/2025. The fact that O.P.No.337/2025 is pending before Family Court, Thiruvalla is not disputed. The counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent does not have serious objection to the transfer. The petitioner has made out sufficient reasons justifying transfer. In the above circumstances, this transfer petition is allowed. O.P.(Div) No.145/2025 pending before the Family Court, Kattappana stands transferred to the Family Court, Thiruvalla to be heard and disposed of along with O.P.No.337/2025.
