JUDGMENT
Dated this the 24th day of March, 2026
1. The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Respondent No.1/Bank to unfreeze the account maintained by the Petitioner with the Respondent No.1.
2. The learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent No.1 submitted that even though there was a requisition from the Respondent No.3 for debit freeze and lien, the same was later withdrawn, and the Petitioner is free to operate the account.
3. Recording the said submission of the Standing Counsel for the Respondent No.1, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The Bank is free to effect further debit freeze/lien in case of receipt of any future requisition.
