ORDER

This transfer petition has been filed by the wife of the respondent seeking transfer of OP.No.885 of 2025 pending before the Family Court, Kozhikode to the Family Court, Ernakulam where OP No.733 of 2025, OP No.885 of 2025 and GOP No.1103 of 2025 are pending. The respondent entered appearance through counsel and objected to the transfer. However no serious objections have been raised. Since three petitions between the same parties are pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam and it is appropriate and convenient to have all matters heard and disposed of together.
